The main extruder is custom designed for client,because his final TPU material is not like the common used TPU,it is hard and not that soft.So the screw is specially designed and make the TPU granules better melted.
The mould is specially designed to control the thickness of the plastic sheet.
The machine has slitting system and client can cut the sheet into ideal size as he wants and no need to have aseparateslitting machine.
