Antirust film is the abbreviation of VCI antirust film, which is a new generation of innovative high-tech products based on the combination of polymer materials and VCI gas phase antirust technology development. 2. Example of coated antirust plastic film

Formulation of formaldehyde is arabic resin glue "firm film agent" and mildew agent, cyclic amine laurate is a corrosion inhibitor, but also surfactants, LDPE film has good wettability, and can reduce the surface effectiveness of the arabic resin glue, improve the adhesion between the resin glue solution and LDPE film. The combination of cyclic amine laurate and glycolamine benzoate can prevent the precipitation of the additives and form a uniform coating. The antirust film has good antirust and corrosion effects on steel, aluminum and aluminum alloy, copper. Add a certain proportion of VCI masterbatch after blowing the production of LDPE or HDPE plastic film, VCI carrier for the plastic film, VCI will be released from the film body in the appropriate space continuously and slowly in a relatively confined space to form a saturated gas layer, so as to form an antirust protection for the metal materials in the environment.
