Coated paper processing requirements and types of release paper
Coated paper has corrosion resistance, excellent electrical insulation (especially high-frequency insulation), can be chlorinated, modified by irradiation, can be reinforced with glass fiber, low-pressure polyethylene has a melting point, high rigidity, hardness and strength, and water absorption Small, with good electrical properties and radiation resistance; high-pressure polyethylene has good flexibility, elongation, impact strength and permeability; molecular weight polyethylene has high impact strength, fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance, low-pressure polyethylene is suitable for production Corrosion-resistant parts and insulating parts; high-pressure polyethylene is suitable for making films, etc.; high-molecular-weight polyethylene is suitable for making shock-absorbing, wear-resistant and transmission parts. The processing requirements are as follows:
1. The firmness of the coating process: After PE is compounded with the base paper, it has firm paper-plastic bonding performance.
2. Plasticity of the cup (bowl) processing: no crimping cracks, irregular crimping, cup/bowl joints, cup/bowl body collapse during the cup-making process. In paper machine production, efforts should be made to increase the vertical and horizontal elongation of the paper. The horizontal direction should reach more than 6%, and the longitudinal direction should reach more than 3.5%, which can effectively improve the plasticity of the coated base paper.
3. Soft stiffness: Under the premise of satisfactory stiffness, the paper has certain elasticity, high elongation in vertical and horizontal directions, large bulk and good compressibility. This has good adhesion, curling and foldability when making coated base paper or noodle bowls.
