1. Heating system
(1) Slow heating: the yellow light of the temperature control meter (OUT1) is on, please check the index of the upper ammeter, if the index is not enough, the possibility is: one of the heating zones is burnt out, and one of the heating zone wires is faulty.
(2) No heating: The contactor is broken, the end of the heating line is loose, and the temperature control meter is broken.
2. Inverter alarm
If the input of winding and unwinding diameter is incorrect, the frequency converter will alarm, and the alarm screen in the main operation screen can be reset by pressing Fault.
3. The buffer pendulum is unstable
(1). The input of the winding and unwinding diameter is incorrect, and the measured diameter should be input again.
(2). The potentiometer of the buffer swing rod is shifted, and the solution is: clear the tension setting to zero, and the swing rod is in a vertical state. Adjust the gear of the swing rod potentiometer until the position of the swing rod on the main operation screen displays 50.
4. Electrical failure
When the electrical part fails, please check the input power first, then check the peripheral circuit, and then check the corresponding controller; the frequency converter, PLC, etc. have various protection functions, and there will be no serious failure under normal circumstances.
(1). Inverter failure: When a certain inverter fails, the whole machine will automatically decelerate and stop; check the "Troubleshooting" section of the inverter manual, and take corresponding measures to reset the faulty inverter and restart it.
(2). PLC failure: PLC itself generally rarely fails. When a fault occurs, the "PROG-E" indicator on the right side of the PLC host is always on; check whether the peripheral circuit of the input and output points is short-circuited and reset the PLC working power supply.
