Daily maintenance and repair of cast film production line
Long-term film production needs to be carried out in advance of the necessary maintenance and maintenance of equipment.
For cast film unit maintenance is introduced as follows.
I. Multi-layer co-extrusion cast film extrusion technology is a traditional film extrusion production process. The biggest advantage of this process is that it has very high processing accuracy, and can maximise the performance of the processed material, so for the casting unit, before the shutdown and after the holiday before the start-up need to do a good job of the following parts of the inspection and maintenance, such as:
1. Regularly clean the casting rollers, air knives and vacuum extraction device.
2. Keep the surface of the rollers clean, clean the impurities and oil on the rollers.
3. Regularly check the tension condition of the transmission belt and chain once to ensure proper tension and loosening.
4. Regularly check the cooling device to ensure that the meter readings are accurate and work properly.
5. Regularly check and clean the lubrication transmission device once to ensure normal operation.
II. In addition to the above components, the core key components for casting unit, extrusion system such as the host motor, reducer and coupling, as well as barrels, feeding devices and other good maintenance. Specific maintenance procedures are as follows:
1. Maintenance of host motor.
2. Use compressed air to clean the motor comprehensively once to keep the whole clean.
3. Check the cooling fan filter for debris, remove and clean it once before stopping the machine (such as blowing air to clean it, must remove the filter and clean it with soapy water, and it must be dry before installation).
4. Check the contact condition and wear of carbon brushes.
5. Check the feedback signal of the speed measuring motor.
6. Check the rectifier control circuit, test the performance of the protection circuit to ensure safety and reliability.
7. Maintenance of gearbox and coupling.
8. Check whether the oil level of the gearbox is appropriate.
9. Whether the bearing of the reduction gearbox is running normally.
10. Check whether the lubricating oil needs to be replaced.
11. Check the sealing condition of the rotary shaft oil seal at the inlet and outlet.
12. Check whether the cooling oil circulation system is working properly.
13. Check whether the rubber ring of the coupling is damaged.
14. Maintenance of machine barrel and feeding device.
15. Check the coupling of the heating ring and the machine body once, and retighten the fixing screws if necessary.
16. Re-calibrate the control accuracy of the heating temperature of each section once.
17. Check whether the cooling pipe of hopper seat is smooth.
18. Disassemble and clean the screw barrel, and test the screw and barrel fit clearance, make sure it meets the standard, otherwise replace it.
19. Clean the dust and dirt on the cooling grid of the fan to ensure that the fan is clean and operates normally.
20. Check whether the fan needs to be oiled.
21. Check the automatic suction device once to ensure its normal operation.
III. In addition to the extrusion system, the casting unit also needs regular maintenance and repair of other parts, including the following.
1. Thickness measuring device maintenance.
2. Clean and lubricate the transmission guide rail once to keep the normal tension condition of the belt.
3. Calibrate the thickness measurement accuracy once, and use compressed air to clean the probe thoroughly.
4. Corona treatment device maintenance.
5. Thoroughly clean up the pollutants on the surface of the discharge electrode and silicone rubber roller, and clean up the main circuit once to ensure that the surface of each component is clean and the heat dissipation is good. Check the gap between the discharge electrode and the silicone rubber roller once a month to make the distance suitable and even.
6. Maintenance of traction winding device.
7. Thoroughly clean up all the transmission guide rollers to ensure that the surface is clean, and the bearings will be lubricated with oil once.
8. Disassemble and inspect the clutch of the winding shaft once to ensure that the connection is dense, reliable and working properly; check and clean the transmission devices every month and lubricate them as required.
9. Check and clean up the cutting edge recycling crusher and its pipeline system.
10. Control the maintenance of the electric cabinet.
11. Wipe the appearance of the cabinet after shutdown to keep the screen surface clean and sensitive to the control buttons.
12. Remove the filter of the cooling fan of the cabinet and replace it with a clean one.
Cabinet components with a hoover to clean the dust treatment to ensure that the components are clean, good heat dissipation, for industrial water chillers and air compressors to check the work situation once a month to see if the work is normal, whether there is a refrigerant diarrhoea and so on.
