It has good heat sealing performance and is a good vacuum packaging material, which has the characteristics of ensuring the visibility of the package after packaging.

 

 Laminated woven cloth can be made into various colors and various thicknesses.  In actual use, because the usage of each customer is different, its needs are also different. The colors of the coated woven cloth commonly used in daily life are black and white.

 

 1. There are obvious black spots on the cloth after the coating. If the color masterbatch is wrong, the main reason is that the pigment in the color masterbatch is not well dispersed and there is agglomeration. At this time, the color before the coating cloth will be lighter than the original, or even  Uneven, or because the screw, screw barrel, die head are not cleaned, and if there is material in the screw barrel, baking at high temperature for a long time will volatilize a part of the masterbatch additives, and there are impurities in the coated plastic.  The usual method is to clean the laminating machine when it stops and change the color. It should not wait until the next day to wash the machine and change the color, or change the good-quality color masterbatch to clean the laminating machine screw and barrel.

 

   2. Map-like uneven color spots (patterns) with different shades are produced on the cloth after the color film. It may be that the dispersion of the color masterbatch is not good, and the melting index of the color masterbatch and the coating material are inconsistent, resulting in inconsistent fluidity.  , Part of the pigments in the color masterbatch can not withstand high temperature and fade.  For other reasons, the main reason is that the temperature of the laminating machine is not adjusted correctly, so that part of the color masterbatch is not melted or dispersed, and the thickness of the die of the laminating machine is inconsistent and not adjusted properly.  The solution is to exchange good quality color masterbatch, use a color masterbatch whose melting index is consistent with the melting index of the coating material. In the color masterbatch, choose a high-temperature dispersion toner for the pigment powder, and adjust the temperature of each section of the laminating machine.

 

   3. Ditch-like white spots on the cloth after the color film (without color film), individual masterbatch is not melted and decomposed, or there are impurities in the masterbatch, or it is stuck on the die of the laminating machine after being scorched.  Or the screw and barrel of the laminating machine were not cleaned, especially the overnight material was not cleaned in time, and the heating time was longer when it was turned on the next day, and some of the color masterbatch inside was scorched, and there were granular impurities in the plastic raw materials.  Or melt the different plastics into the coating material.  The solution is to exchange good quality color masterbatch, use a color masterbatch whose melting index is consistent with the melting index of the coating material. In the color masterbatch, choose a high-temperature dispersion toner for the pigment powder, and adjust the temperature of each section of the laminating machine.

 

   4. The coated cloth will fade quickly after being exposed to the sun. The main reason is that the light fastness level of the pigment powder in the color masterbatch is too low to withstand ultraviolet rays. Therefore, the color masterbatch formula should be changed and the pigment with better weather resistance should be changed.

 

   5. The color of the coated cloth will follow up during use, the pigment toner in the color masterbatch is used improperly, and the pigment toner is migrating.  Change the color masterbatch formula, in which a certain kind of pigment is not combined with the coating material, and change the type of pigment powder in the color masterbatch.

 

 6. The coating produces regular strips of different shades when coating the film, or the color in the middle and the two sides is inconsistent, which is that the thickness of the coating head is inconsistent when the film is discharged, there are scratches, and the light yarn in the woven cloth is obviously inconsistent.  Phenomenon, the temperature of the die outlet is not adjusted properly.  Check the T-type exit die head woven cloth of the laminating machine to make the thickness consistent when drawing the yarn, and readjust the temperature of each section of the die head.
