PET plastic molecular structure is highly symmetric, has a certain crystalline orientation ability, so it has a high film and into the sex. 1. Film and sheet
Thermoplastic polyurethane film and sheet can be extruded by extruder, and its thickness can be from a few microns to a few millimeters, and pigments can be added to get a variety of colours. TPU films have good abrasion resistance, puncture resistance, tear resistance, elasticity, adhesion, and weldability, so they can be used to prepare conveyor belts, and, depending on the type of TPU, conveyor belts made from them can convey dry, wet, and fatty foods. Speciality TPUs fulfil the requirements of the former German Federal Health Commission for food contact materials as well as those of the US Food and Drug Administration. Recently, there has been a great deal of interest in powdered TPUs, which are expected to replace PVC in the automotive industry.
TPUs have a low permeability to air and can be used as a barrier material. Other uses for TPU films include:

5. Mechanical products and other applications
The high Young's modulus and load resistance of thermoplastic polyurethanes allow them to be used in the manufacture of tooth conveyor belts. The TPUs used are usually polyester-type TPUs with a hardness of Shore A85-93 and are moulded by extrusion.
TPUs are also used for couplings. Depending on the application and size of the parts to be coupled, polyester TPUs with hardnesses ranging from Shore A85 to Shore D60 are used, which have a high Young's modulus and are favourable for energy diffusion. Taking advantage of the vibration-damping properties of TPUs, polyester-based TPUs can be moulded into inlays for modern office equipment. Screens made of TPU can separate dry and wet materials (e.g. stones, coal and coke) and are also used for picking, washing and separation. Due to the high abrasion resistance of thermoplastic polyurethane, these screens can be used for a longer period of time than normal rubber or steel screens. TPU can also be used as cable sheathing due to its high abrasion resistance, cut resistance and tear resistance.
6. Pharmaceutical applications
Thermoplastic polyurethane and human skin compatibility is very good, polyether-type thermoplastic polyurethane and human blood and tissue compatibility is also good, so the use of thermoplastic polyurethane production of blood transfusion vessels, and people have even developed a thermoplastic polyurethane made of microporous, biodegradable, flexible and blood-compatible artificial blood vessels.
