What will you do with the Common faults in the use of laminating machine?

1. Heating system

(1) Slow heating: the yellow light of the temperature control meter (OUT1) is on, please check the index of the upper ammeter, if the index is not enough, the possibility is: one of the heating zone is burned out, and one of the heating zone's wires is faulty.

(2) No heating: the contactor is broken, the end of the heating wire is loose, and the temperature control meter is broken.


2. Inverter alarm

If the input of rewinding and unwinding diameter is incorrect, it will cause the inverter to alarm. Just press the fault reset on the alarm screen in the main operation screen.


3. The cushion swing rod is unstable

(1). The diameter of rewinding and unwinding is incorrectly entered, and the diameter is measured and re-entered.

(2). Buffer the pendulum potentiometer shift, solve: clear the tension setting, the pendulum rod is in a vertical state, adjust the gear of the pendulum potentiometer until the position of the pendulum rod is displayed at 50 on the main operating screen.



4. Electrical failure

After the electrical part fails, please check the input power first, then check the peripheral circuit, and then check the corresponding controller; the inverter, PLC, etc. have various protection functions themselves, and no serious failure will occur under normal circumstances.

(1) Inverter failure: When a certain inverter fails, the whole machine will automatically reduce speed and stop; check the "Fault Handling" section of the inverter manual, and deal with it accordingly, reset the faulty inverter and restart it.

(2) PLC failure: PLC itself generally rarely fails. When a fault occurs, the "PROG-E" indicator on the right of the PLC host is always on; check whether the peripheral circuits of the input and output points are short-circuited and reset the PLC working power supply.
