Why does the loud noise happen when the sheet machine is working?

Analysis of the cause of large noise in the plastic sheet machine at work:


(1) Motor parts
1. The rolling bearing for the rotor shaft is severely worn or the bearing accuracy is low.


2. The rotor shaft is bent and deformed.



3. The carbon brush installation position is incorrect.



4. The safety cover of the wind blade scraper motor at the end of the rotor shaft.




(2) V-belt transmission part

1. The V-belt of the plastic sheet machine is not fixed firmly on the drive shaft or the gap between the two parts is too large.


2. The manufacturing precision of the pulley is low, and the end surface or outer circle swings greatly.



3. The installation quality of the active and passive pulleys is poor, so that the high-speed motion trajectory of the V-belt is not on the same plane, causing working noise.




(3) Gear transmission working part

1. The gear manufacturing precision is low, and the tooth pitch error is large.


2. The center distance error of the transmission shaft of a pair of meshing gears is large, and the center distance is smaller than the standard stipulation, resulting in interference noise between gear meshing transmission teeth; when the center distance is greater than the standard stipulation, the gear meshing transmission working impact sound will be produced.



3. The rolling bearing on the drive shaft is severely worn or has low precision.



4. The center lines of the two transmission shafts on the gears are not parallel, so that the two gears cannot mesh correctly.



5. The teeth of a pair of meshing gears have poor lubrication conditions and insufficient lubricating oil.




(4) The screw part of the plastic sheet machine barrel



1. The screw is assembled in the barrel, and the concentricity of the two parts is low. The rotation of the screw and the inner circle of the barrel will cause friction.



2. The verticality error between the end face of the barrel and the end face of the barrel base connecting flange and the centerline of the barrel is large.



3. The screw is bent and deformed, and the straightness error of the shaft center line is too large.



4. The assembly gap between the screw and its drive shaft is too large. The center lines of the two shafts are different when rotating, and the error is large.
