The transmission mechanism is connected to the servo or frequency conversion motor, so that it operates smoothly and can precisely control the position of the coating mechanism.
Before coating, load the cleaned and stretched net from the front of the coating machine. Some models can also be loaded from the side. In the models designed for large-format screen frames, the side-mounted version is more common, because the screen frame is large and heavy, and the side-mounted version can make the lifting and moving parts smaller. When the automatic screen coating machine is running online with other automatic screen processing equipment (such as cleaning equipment, regeneration equipment, drying device and developing machine), it is more convenient to install the plate from the side.
No matter how it is installed, once in the correct position, the pneumatic clamping device or mechanical clamping device will close and lock.
In order to make the operation more convenient, many models have a foot hunting board to control the plate clamping action, and the operator can free up both hands to control it.
After installation, pour the corresponding photosensitive emulsion into the automatic coating machine, and then start coating. According to the functions of the control system and equipment, the equipment can coat both sides of the screen at the same time. There are two coating methods, one is to coat the photosensitive emulsion on the screen through multiple wet pressing and wetting operations; or to add a drying process after each coating.
