ABS sheet production process
The FB-80 extruded sheet production line produced by Nanjing Sumino Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. uses an exhaust type (exhaust in the third stage) extruder with a screw diameter of 80mm and a length-to-diameter ratio of 32; most of the raw materials are made of ABS-747 .
The fuselage is divided into 3 sections to control the temperature, the order from the feeding port is: 217¡æ, 222¡æ, 230¡æ; the temperature of the machine head is 220¡æ. The screw speed is 70r/min, and the screw feeding section is cooled by cooling water.
The opening of the die lip is 2.0mm (note! not 0.2mm), the thickness of the sheet is 0.20 to 0.25mm, and the width of the sheet is 700mm.
The diameter of the roller of the three-roll calender is 300mm, the distance between the first and second rollers is 0.20¡«0.25mm, and the distance between the second and third rollers is 20mm (note! Not 0.20 or 2. 0). Cooling water is passed through the roller, so that the temperature of the product is 70¡«80¡æ when it leaves the third roller. The surface linear velocity of the roller of the three-roll calender is 6.5 to 7.0 times the extrusion linear velocity, that is, the stretch ratio is 6.5 to 7.0.
The linear speed of the coiling is basically equal to the linear speed of the roller surface of the calender. As long as the sheet has a certain tension during the coiling, a torque motor is used to control the linear speed of the coil.
The output of the product is 100kg/h; the stretching is relatively large, the product has obvious anisotropy, that is, the longitudinal tensile strength is greater than the transverse tensile strength
