Do you know how PP sheet is produced? 1.Process characteristics of PP sheet extrusion
A single screw extruder without ventilation should be used and the raw materials do not need to be dried. The cooling of the PP layer is slower, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is large, so the opening of the mold mouth can be smaller. When producing thick plates, if you notice that the middle roller of the calender has air bubbles close to the roller, the plate surface will be Y-shaped, and you have to depressurize and deflate several times.
The distance between the mold and the three rollers should not be too long, otherwise the remaining material will stick to the rollers and cause longitudinal bubbles. If the temperature of the lower roller is too high, it will cause the remaining material to roll and the traction should not be too fast.
2. Process parameters and control
¡ñ Extrusion temperature: Use PP resin with low melt viscosity, and the temperature should be strictly controlled during extrusion, especially the temperature of the mold should not change greatly.
¡ñ PP sheet specifications and standards: PP sheet quality standards currently follow the national industry standard ZBG33006-89, which is the standard for PP extruded sheets. See this standard for PP sheets with a thickness of 3mm or less. The standard stipulates that the sheet thickness should be divided into two levels: 0.20 0.50 mm, 0.60 ¡« 1.00 mm. Sanitary standards of food containers comply with GBn85 regulations.
PP sheet has the following types and uses: Flat plate electroosmosis device frame, electrical insulation plate, gasket, battery cover plate, settling tank inclined tube filler, etc. , containers etc. ¢ÛPattern pieces, folders, decorative materials, etc. ¢Ü Corrugated sheet Cooling packaging. The temperature of the card is 0 ¡« + 80 ¡æ.
