The content of the whole line 

● Extrusion machine: The special design of the screw and the precise temperature control system ensure good plasticization of the rubber and stable extrusion with high output.
● Screen change and mold: Hydraulic quick change device ensures rapid and effective screen change process. The coat-hanger die adopts a multi-runner design to make the rubber evenly distributed over the full width of the mold. The gap between the die lip can be adjusted freely, and the thickness of the sheet can be adjusted accurately.
● Three-roll calender: According to the characteristics of the rubber material, it adopts flat three-roller, inclined three-roller or vertical three-roller, and three-roller temperature control is independent of each other, and the gap is adjusted freely to ensure the calendering effect.
● Cooling guide roller support: equipped with corresponding cold guide rollers, with multiple strong vertical fans, so that the cooling effect is better. It is also equipped with a trimming device to ensure the quality of the edge of the sheet.
● Cutting machine: high-quality alloy cutting edge, imported bearings, to ensure the quality of the cut surface of the sheet and the long-term stable cutting action.
● Winding machine: adopts torque motor and four-axis automatic tension control, which can adjust the speed and winding tension at will to achieve the purpose of flat winding and flatness of the thin plate. With the slitting device, the required product width can be set freely.
