Multi-layer co-extrusion PP corrugated sheet production machine is used for continuous production of PC, PE, and PP grid boards. Products are widely used in building decoration, advertising layout, road sound insulation and packaging. PE, PP grating board can replace carton as packing box, with light weight, high strength, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion. The width of the finished sheet is 1220-2100mm pp hollow grid board equipment, and the thickness is 2-12mm.


1. Extruder: The special design of the screw and the advanced temperature control system ensure good plasticizing effect of raw materials and high output and stable extrusion.

2. Screen changer: The hydraulic quick screen changer is selected to make the screen change process fast and effective. The double station and special sealing structure ensure the stable operation of the screen changer.

3. Mould: The mould is made of high-quality alloy steel, with a highly movable throttling device, so that the distribution pressure of the raw material flow in the die is even and consistent, and the upper and lower die are differentially adjusted to ensure that the upper and lower wall thicknesses are uniform.

4. Vacuum setting table: The setting system is equipped with a fast heat exchange refrigeration system. And the vacuum system is effectively staggered, and the sucking distribution is even and reasonable. Qingdao hollow grid board equipment, this distribution ensures the shaping accuracy. The vacuum system consists of two independent subsystems. Each subsystem is equipped with multiple three-point fixed cycle vacuum groups, and each fixed cycle carries a vacuum adjustment system and a vacuum display system to make the vacuum degree of the plate surface uniform and stable.

5. Traction machine: The traction machine is distributed in a group and a second group. The group tractor is of high-power, large reduction ratio, and multi-roller type. Its low-speed dynamic performance is excellent, and the traction force is large. It can simultaneously and uniformly pull the plate out of the vacuum setting table. The second group of tractors cooperate to remove product stress. It is also equipped with edge trimming device, pvc hollow grid board equipment, to ensure the effective width and edge quality of the board.

6. Stress eliminator: The advanced large-area conduction heating method can effectively eliminate the stress of the plate and further increase the flatness of the plate.
