The main purpose of the product: Biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) is a new type of multi-purpose packaging film developed in recent years. Its performance is better than ordinary films in terms of tensile strength, impact strength, transparency, electrical insulation, air permeability, and moisture absorption. It has been greatly improved in various aspects such as performance, and is widely used in various fields such as chemical industry, chemical fiber, construction, light industry, automobile packaging, etc.
When passing through the longitudinal stretching machine and the horizontal stretching machine, under the action of external force, a certain multiple of stretching is carried out in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction successively, so that the molecular chains or crystal planes are oriented in the direction parallel to the film plane and arranged in an orderly manner. Heat setting is performed under tension to fix the oriented macromolecular structure, and finally the film can be made by cooling and subsequent processing. Due to the orientation of the stretched molecules, the film has good physical stability, mechanical strength, air tightness, high transparency and gloss, toughness and wear resistance.
Plastic films suitable for biaxially oriented production mainly include polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, polyphenyl and polyimide films, etc.
