TPU SHEET EXTRUSION LINE Description


1. The plastic sheet extrusion line is suitable for the production of TPE, TPU sheet and so on.

2.The sheet extrusion machine includes: vacuum feeder, hopper dryer, SJ-45 single screw extruder, mould, mould temperature machine, 3 calendar rolls and winding unit.

3.Using high-quality sheet mould and 3 mirror calendar rolls to ensure the sheet uniform and smooth.

4.Both the calendaring roller and the tractor roller are controlled by frequency conversion.
